Entire agreement clause: Dutch Supreme Court sets limitations.
An entire agreement clause is on itself not an interpretation clause. This Anglo-American legal clause aims mainly to ensure that parties are no longer bound by previous agreements relating to subjects of the agreement. However, the clause does not necessarily mean that statements made or actions carried out by the parties prior to entering into the agreement are not of any relevance, the Dutch Supreme Court ruled on 5 April 2013.
